Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items showing signs of use, stains, odors, alterations, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted
For hygiene and quality control reasons, items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
2. One Request per Order & Free Exchanges
Each order is eligible for one (1) return or exchange request only.
- If your order contains multiple items, you may return one, several, or all items in a single request
- Once a return or exchange request has been submitted and processed, no additional requests will be accepted for the same order
- You may request one (1) free exchange per order for size or color
- A free UPS return shipping label will be provided for exchanges
- Once an exchange has been completed, the order becomes final
- Items received as replacements through an exchange are not eligible for additional returns, exchanges, or refunds
If the replacement item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund or wait until the item becomes available again.
3. Refunds
If you choose a refund instead of an exchange:
- A UPS return shipping label will be provided
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

A USD $14.99 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover:
- Shipping costs
- Shopify payment processing fees
- Product handling and logistics
This fee is non-refundable and applies regardless of the number of items returned, as long as a refund is requested.
Refunds are processed within 2 to 10 business days after approval.
4. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Visit our Returns Center
- Enter your order number and email address
- Follow the step-by-step instructions
- Upload the required photos so we can verify the condition of the item(s)
Our team will review your request within approximately 3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive an email with your UPS return shipping label
- If rejected, you will be notified with the reason for rejection
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is correct and for checking spam or junk folders. Failure to receive return instructions due to email issues does not extend return eligibility.
5. Shipping the Returned Item
Once the UPS return label is issued:
- You have 5 business days to drop off the package at any UPS location
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
- If the package is not shipped within this timeframe, UPS may refuse the shipment
- If the item is not shipped on time, the return request will be automatically canceled
6. Inspection, Partial Returns & Rejections
Once the returned package is received:
- Items are inspected within up to 5 business days
- Refunds and exchanges apply only to the items received and approved
- Items not included in the return package will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges
If the item does not meet the return conditions:
- The return will be rejected
- The product will be shipped back to the original shipping address within 5 to 15 business days
- If the returned item is lost during this return shipment, it will be the customer’s responsibility
7. Shipping Responsibility
- We are responsible for returned packages only when shipped using the UPS label we provide
- The customer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging of the returned item
- Returns sent using any other carrier or shipping method will not be accepted
- We are responsible for packages lost by UPS when shipped using our provided return label
8. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale”, clearance, or liquidation are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
9. Store Credit
We do not offer store credit. Approved requests are limited to refunds or exchanges only, as outlined in this policy.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
